OUR STORY
Upon finding myself a stay-at-home in the spring of 2021, I decided to delve into DIY projects as a means of maintaining my mental health. This creative exploration, however, did far more than alleviate my postpartum depression as it also unveiled my passion for floral arts! As a part of my DIY binge, I attempted to display pressed and dried flowers in simple wood shadow boxes, and I have been making continuing to do so ever since.
When I was a little girl, I preferred dried flowers to fresh and/or living flowers. While fresh flowers served as a constant remind of life's brevity, dried flowers caused me to find hope in the lasting beauty of creation -- a principle that is perfectly encompassed in these shadow boxes.
Now, only six months after stumbling upon this style of art, I am excited to start sharing my pieces with Prince George!
